    I suspect Toolstation aren't saying that a partial refund will invalidate the warranty I suspect they're saying that it'll be invalidated because somebody else has previously installed it I presume the options given to the OP are either (a) we'll give you a dsicount of 10% but the warranty will be invalidated, or (b) give it back and you'll get a full refund

    - Are taps from Screwfix Toolstation brands better in terms of quality and how long they last? - I noticed many at Screwfix (like Swirl) offer a 10 year guarantee whereas Wickes only offer 5 years Also the plumber told me that the cartridges they hold are compatible with 80% of taps from Screwfix (not sure if this is the case with most plumbers)

    Never really used toolstation Also, get a Trade Point card for B Q and their trade counter is basically a mini-screwfix TBH for plumbing and electrics I reckon B Q are hard to beat in terms of choice - their range is massive, and with a Trade Point card they are good value too
